There are no returns on decorated items, so please order carefully.

We will only accept a return if we shipped defective merchandise, or we made a mistake with the embroidery or screen printing. If placing an order via the web, please double check your order.  Orders received from the web are considered approved upon receipt.

  1. Items that have been damaged by the user are not refundable. (Example: Shrinkage due to improper handling; stains; snags or holes due to work environment)
  2. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  3. Returns must be authorized by Rich and Lonely.
  4. Claims without an Order # or over 15 Days from receipt will be refused.
  5. Defective items will be replaced with the same style, size, and color as the original order.


Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.
