There are no returns on decorated items, so please order carefully.

Returns are only accepted under the rare circumstances of defective merchandise.

If placing an order via the web, please double check your order. Orders received from the web are considered approved upon receipt.

  1. Items that have been damaged by the consumer are not refundable. (Example: Shrinkage due to improper handling, usage stains, snags or holes due to work environment)
  2. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  3. RNL is not responsible for international customs charges.
  4. Claims without an Order # or over 15 Days from receipt will be refused.
  5. Defective items will be replaced with the same product style, size, and color.
